Common Indian Crow

Location: Kasaragod, Kerala, India (Dec 22nd 2010)

Common Crow: Very commonly found in the Malabar region of Kerala and other places in India, they belong to the Danainae subfamily of Nymphalidae or brush-footed family of butterflies.

Found these creatures fluttering around my house, perching on the roots of the uprooted weeds.
